Fear to Fearless

When I first started speaking,  I had remnant fears of stepping out in front of others with my story.   The day I was to walk out on the stage in front of a crowd of 800 people my daughter handed me this quote my Nelson Mandela.  God used it to give me the courage to move forward.  I shared it with a friend today and want to share it with you today as a source of hope.

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

We ask ourselves you am I to be brilliant,

gorgeous, talented and fabulous.

Actually who are you not to be?

Your playing small doesn’t serve the world.

We are born to make manifest the glory of God

that is within us,

And as we let our own light shine,

We unconsciously give other people permission

to do the same.”

Today’s Reality:  If I dont’ use God’s gifts I waste them.
